Montech is the house brand of Telon Co., Ltd., a Taiwanese company that has been around for over 30 years. Montech started out in the domestic market before slowly expanding overseas, and we've since seen several of its products covered here across various categories including cases, power supplies, CPU coolers, peripherals, and fans. Today we take a closer look at the Montech E28 PWM that the brand boasts to be a high performance fan without compromising on value.
The Montech E28 PWM is a 120 mm fan that comes in black or white color options, in single or triple fan packs. As the name suggests, it is 28 mm thick to allow for a thicker impeller which, in theory, should help push out more air through the fan compared to if this was a 25 mm thickness fan. There are no LEDs to be seen on this model, albeit there is an E28 ARGB as well for those who want some bling, with Montech marketing these particular fans for applications that make use of a more static pressure optimized design.
