Steam Machine
Uncrate · 2025-11-13 · via Starred Articles

The Steam Deck, despite its faults, showed Steam was capable of creating a solid piece of portable hardware. With the new Steam Machine, they're aiming for the living room/desktop. A 6" cube, it's over six times more powerful than the Deck, powered by a discrete semi-custom AMD desktop-class CPU and GPU that enable 4K gaming at 60 FPS with FSR. It's available in both 512GB and 2TB versions, both with a microSD slot on the front, and offers plenty of input/output options for connectivity beyond the Steam Controller. No pricing or availability information has yet been announced, beyond a vague "early 2026" release window.
