Solutions to Saturday Mac riddles 365
Marc · 2026-06-23 · via Comments for The Eclectic Light Company

Photos

Half the images (photos, which is half of the unshortened word photograph) came from the first iPhone (it was introduced as an app on the original iPhone in 2007) to the Mac eight years later (released for the Mac in Yosemite 10.10.3 in 2015).

iPhoto

In with a puma (released in January 2002 for Mac OS X 10.1.2), out in Yosemite (replaced by Photos in OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 in April 2015), it was part of my life (it was part of the iLife suite) until 1 (Photos).
