After last night meeting,It held on the first monday of a month. I submitted a requirement to my manager for asking to quit job. I ask him whether can increase my saliary this october, in every october, company will increase saliaries to excelent employee. he said will increase my saliary at this october, I don't know whether I should directly ask for increasing saliary or not? My saliary is lower with my heavy work loading, I do my work with my best to interchange more saliary, in general, it is right.

Another compay give me a offer, ask me to joint with title project manager,this company focused on communication information, it is a small company that only has around 40 employee, supplies me 7000 RMB a month with title project manager, to compare actual revenue, the new job's saliary is low to my current job,but it will support me more chances for increasing my view,it also is good for my career.

In eclectic, I will quit in the end of this year to look for another new job.
