Van Vuure is growing rapidly and opens new stores frequently, but this growth also comes with new challenges: "We noticed that we were starting to lose track of things when it came to staff schedules, time tracking, and other matters like absences and employment contracts."

To ensure that administrative work wouldn't hinder their growth, they set out to find a platform that could lighten their workload: "We initially started looking for a platform that would make it easier for us to manage our staff schedules, and that’s when we came across Workfeed. To our surprise, Workfeed was able to help us with many other tasks that were taking up a lot of our time. It felt like a perfect match."

Since Workfeed proved to be so effective, they quickly rolled it out to all the locations they manage themselves, and it is now also being used by a number of independent operators working under the Van Vuure group.
