Check Point Named a Visionary Leader in the 2026 Frost Ra...

Frost & Sullivan evaluated more than 30 vendors that identified themselves as enterprise risk mitigation and management (ERMM) platforms. Only 15 met the bar for inclusion. Just five earned Visionary Leader status.

Check Point Exposure Management is one of them.

What Frost & Sullivan Was Actually Measuring

The Frost Radar™: Enterprise Risk Mitigation and Management Platforms, 2026 set a high bar for qualification. Vendors had to natively offer attack surface management, cyber threat intelligence, and digital risk protection in a unified platform. Point solutions requiring integration with external remediation tools were excluded. Platforms had to deliver both an outside-in view (what an attacker sees) and an inside-out view (how internal risk connects to that external picture).

That filtering process cut the field from 30-plus vendors down to 15. That filtering process cut the field from 30-plus vendors down to 15 benchmarked platforms. Check Point Exposure Management was named a Visionary Leader, Frost & Sullivan’s top distinction, reserved for vendors combining strong innovation with strong growth execution.

Why Innovation Alone Doesn’t Cut It Anymore

Frost & Sullivan’s analysis of the market points to a shift that security teams are already living through. Digital, operational, and geopolitical risk factors are converging into multidomain threats that point-solution tools can’t see across. Full visibility now requires platforms that correlate threat intelligence with real exploitability, account for third-party and supply chain exposure, and connect findings to the security controls already in place, not just traditional vulnerability scanning.

The report is direct about where most vendors fall short: visibility without action. A platform that surfaces risk without a native path to fix it is only solving half the problem.

Check Point Exposure Management’s Innovation Score of 4.30 reflects a different approach. The report specifically calls out how Check Point correlates external threats, organizational exposures, security control weaknesses, and real-world adversary behavior using ThreatCloud intelligence and large-scale telemetry, turning that correlation into contextualized insights security teams can act on immediately rather than alerts they have to manually piece together.

Growth Built on Acquisitions That Actually Fit

A Growth Score of 4.05 puts Check Point among the strongest performers in the report, and Frost & Sullivan credits a specific pattern: acquisitions that expanded real capability rather than just headcount.

The Cyberint acquisition built out threat intelligence and exposure management depth. Veriti added automated remediation technology, letting Check Point safely mitigate risk across enterprise environments without disrupting production. More recently, the Cyclops acquisition strengthened cyber asset attack surface management, improving asset visibility and security control validation across increasingly complex environments.

Frost & Sullivan frames this as a platform-centric strategy: capitalizing on enterprise demand to consolidate tools, reduce complexity, and maximize the return on existing security investments, rather than asking customers to bolt on yet another point solution.

Where Frost & Sullivan Says We Should Go Next

Frost & Sullivan’s analysts point to three areas for continued investment:

  • Streamlined workflow management across the growing portfolio of intelligence, exposure management, and mitigation capabilities, specifically to make the platform more approachable for non-technical teams managing operational risk.
  • Expanded governance-focused reporting and executive communication tools built for boards, regulators, and cyber insurance stakeholders, so security leaders can prove the return on specific risk management investments.
  • Continued investment in AI explainability and operational transparency as automation and AI-assisted remediation become standard. Frost & Sullivan is explicit that trust in AI-driven workflows depends on customers understanding how those systems make decisions, not just that they work.

Frost & Sullivan is mapping where the category is headed.

What This Means If You’re Evaluating ERMM Platforms

If your team is comparing platforms, the report gives you an independent framework beyond vendor claims: does the platform natively unify ASM, threat intelligence, and digital risk protection, or is it stitched together with third-party integrations? Does it validate exploitability before flagging something as critical? Can it remediate safely, with changes validated before they’re pushed to production?

Check Point Exposure Management was built around those exact questions, and the full Frost Radar report breaks down how all 15 benchmarked vendors stack up.
