This one is about trust: Account-Linked Analytics is now strictly opt-in, off by default, and our privacy policy spells out exactly what we measure.
This one is short, and it is all about trust. To make SpawnBox better we look at how it gets used, and you should always know what that means and stay in control of it. This release makes that control explicit and spells the whole thing out in plain language.
To improve the right things, we look at anonymous, aggregate usage - which screens help, where people get stuck - with nothing tied to who you are. Linking any of that to your account is a separate, personal choice, and we have made it strictly opt-in. It is off by default, and if it was ever on, this update turns it off. Turn it on only if you want to, and turn it back off whenever you like.
We refreshed our privacy policy so it says, without jargon, exactly what we measure, why, and how you stay in control - including how we look at the upgrade flow in aggregate to understand where it helps and where it gets in the way. No fine print games, no surprises.
