DASH 2024 was our biggest event yet! Over two days, thousands from the Datadog community gathered at North Javits in New York City for an impactful experience.

The 2024 keynote featured numerous new product launches and updates, but there was much more to enjoy beyond this speech. Attendees got to experience breakout sessions, workshops, certification exams, one-on-one Datadog consultations, and a bustling expo hall.

Breakout sessions

This year at DASH, we hosted 26 breakout sessions, with 49 speakers sharing insights across a variety of topics. For example, Braze showcased how they use Continuous Profiler to identify and fix issues in their platform, while Cash App talked about how they scale machine learning (ML) solutions to optimize their platform.

Spotlight Theater

We were thrilled this year to host three special sessions in our Spotlight Theater. Attendees were able to hear insights from Azeem Azhar on the future of AI, David Mitchell on Remote Configuration, and a fantastic Datadog On LLMs session live from DASH.

Workshops

We held 20 workshops at DASH, covering a variety of topics such as Kubernetes, RUM, APM, and DevSecOps. We had over 1,400 attendees joining these workshops, and they continue to be a highlight of DASH.

Datadog Partner Network

This year, we had the largest ever Datadog Partner Network (DPN) presence in New York City, with a total of 24 sponsors and 345 partner attendees.

The DPN kicked off DASH with the third annual Partner Summit, targeting DPN Partners globally. Attendees heard from Jarrod Buckley, Datadog’s VP of Channels and Alliances, on expanding partner growth opportunities beyond the three pillars of observability. Guest speakers from Delfia, Observian, and RapDev supported this vision by sharing success stories and proof points of how this approach leads to business expansion.
