由于Windows 8不支持SQL Server 2008R2.(严格来说是通过.NET程序在连接SQL Server 2008R2数据库是有错误)

那我不得不安装SQL Server 2012.

当安装完毕以后，Azure Storage Emulator启动不了，提示以下错误。

因为以前使用SQL Server 2008时，使用的instance是'.\’。而我新安装的SQL Server 2012的instance是SQLExpress。可以通过下面的命令来解决问题。
