1.注册Sign up for a Heroku account。

2.下载安装Heroku Toolbelt，其包含了git客户端（如果是windows的话，其他版本不清楚，例如Mac本身就有git了）。

3.登录

$ heroku login

Password: 
Could not find an existing public key.
Would you like to generate one? [Yn] 
Generating new SSH public key.
Uploading ssh public key /Users/adam/.ssh/id_rsa.pub4.

4.部署程序

这是通过git来完成的。
