











The study should cover user interaction with mechanisms under Article 16 (notice and action), Article 30(7) (trader information), and Article 31 (compliance by design) of the DSA.
This report will be empirical in scope. It is intended to produce observational data on user behaviour and experience, rather than legal assessments or compliance determinations, which remain the exclusive responsibility of the European Commission. Results are expected to be presented per platform and not intended for cross-platform comparison or ranking.
