JAMS proudly welcomed clients, colleagues, neutrals and community members to an open house celebrating the new Atlanta Resolution Center at Promenade Tower. Hosted in the heart of Midtown, the event highlighted JAMS’ continued investment in a market defined by growth, innovation and business leadership across the Southeast.

In remarks during the evening, CEO Kim Taylor emphasized Atlanta’s importance as a hub for global commerce, technology, health care and transportation, and reaffirmed JAMS’ commitment to helping businesses and individuals resolve disputes thoughtfully and efficiently.

The new Resolution Center was designed to support today’s evolving dispute resolution needs, featuring 16 conference rooms, mediation spaces, lounges, attorney offices, an executive boardroom and state-of-the-art technology for in-person, virtual and hybrid proceedings.

More than a showcase of a new space, the event reflected the values that have guided JAMS for more than four decades: neutrality, integrity, innovation and trust. It also recognized the Atlanta-area neutrals and associates whose professionalism and dedication make that mission possible. The evening marked an exciting next chapter for JAMS in Atlanta and a continued commitment to serving the region with excellence, purpose and exceptional client service.
