1. Hydration travels with me: I take nearly 60 to 70 flights a year, so I always carry electrolytes to prevent dehydration, sustain energy and reduce travel fatigue.

2. Protein is non-negotiable: Meals are often irregular. I keep protein bars with me at all times to avoid energy crashes and maintain adequate protein intake.

3. Play for two hours weekly: Sports are my biggest anchor for fitness and mental clarity. I play badminton or cricket for at least two hours every week — it keeps me agile, competitive and mentally sharp. No matter how busy your schedule is, you can always find a couple of hours over the weekend to play.

4. Targeted strength: Structured gym workouts help me stay consistent despite a hectic schedule. Training at night works best for me. I prioritise three to four focused strength and conditioning sessions each week, to build endurance.

5. AI for health choices: Artificial intelligence works like a pocket nutritionist during busy days. I use AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini as a quick reference for nutrition and energy management during busy days.
