1. Clear mind: As an early riser, my day starts at 5 am. I value the stillness before the city wakes up. Quiet hours give me thinking space to clear emails, reflect on key meetings, and set priorities. It helps begin the day with clarity rather than rush.

2. Walking: By 6.30-7 am, I am out for my morning walk. Staying active has become a small daily ritual I rarely skip. It lifts my energy and gives me a moment to reset both physically and mentally.

3. Home food: I prefer simple, home-cooked meals and consciously avoid outside food. I believe food should be nourishing and sustainable rather than indulgent. Eating clean keeps my energy steady through long workdays and reinforces the discipline I try to bring in other areas of life.

4. Consistency: I have never believed in extreme regimes. For me, health is about consistency. Along with my daily walks, I prioritise adequate sleep. Rest is essential as it’s what allows me to stay sharp and balanced.

5. No devices: Evenings are about switching off. Dinner with family, unhurried conversations, and no devices around the table... these help me decompress. We occasionally watch MasterChef together (a shared favourite) before I catch up on the day’s headlines and call it a night.
