The Off Campus fandom is buzzing over a new piece of gossip (which has yet to be verified) involving two of the stars of the series. Yes, I’m talking about Mika Abdalla and Josh Heuston, who play Allie and Justin, respectively—and who, apparently, may have started dating. At the moment, these are simply rumors, and should be taken with a grain of salt…but let’s review the evidence, shall we?

Until earlier this week, the possibility that there was something more than friendship between Mika and Josh was mere fantasy, though rumors increased after news of Mika ending her engagement with actor Jake Short broke. Then, on June 16, a radio station dropped the bombshell: During the Australian morning show 2DayFM Breakfast with Nath & Emma, “confirmation” emerged that Mika and Josh are apparently dating.

“There have been rumors swirling for a couple of weeks now that two Off Campus stars are dating in real life,” said co-host Emma Chow, who then added, “We have our own sources that say that it is true… My source is actually sitting outside—producer CJ!”

The show’s producer then confirmed the rumor, saying, “One of my friends works at a high-end luxury brand, and someone very close to Josh Heuston attended a show for that luxury brand, and the rumors have now spread. That person may have confirmed it.”

However, be warned: If you’re a fan of this ship, we advise you not to celebrate too soon, as Mika and Josh have yet to address dating rumors themselves.

At the moment, Mika is busy on the set of Off Campus season 2, which will see her star alongside Stephen Kalyn. And while Josh is not set to reprise his role as Justin in the second season, here’s hoping we haven’t seen the last of him and Mika!
