
We’re glad to announce TrueConf MCU 2.2.1, the latest update of our software transcoding server for legacy SIP/H.323 endpoints. The new version provides comfort and stability changes.

Changes and improvements

We’ve added a 4×5 layout, allowing 20 participants to be accommodated simultaneously

The video quality when sharing documents in the secondary stream has been improved

The display of the secondary stream during conference recording has been fixed: both streams are now properly aligned

The issue with saving a layout has been fixed: changes could be lost after TrueConf MCU restart

The display of .CIF images shared from video conferencing endpoints has been fixed

We’ve fixed an issue which made it impossible to edit the display name of a conference participant who had been previously added to the address book

We’ve fixed an issue where a user ID was sometimes displayed instead of their username in the incoming call window

We’ve fixed an issue where the conference list was not sometimes displayed after restarting TrueConf MCU
