"I want to poll my subscribers" has been a long-standing request from users: to know what kind of content resonates, to get demographic information, etc.

There are a lot of "big picture" solutions to this problem — I recommend highly my friends at Tally and Reform — but those are heavier solutions for when you have lots of questions and conditional logic and other bells and whistles. What if you just want simple questions in your email?
