Concentrix and Think Human Deepen Global Impact Through Education and Climate Action

Through 71 projects with nonprofit partners across 41 countries, Think Human positively impacts more than 45,000 beneficiaries in 2025

NEWARK, Calif. (April 1, 2026) – Concentrix Corporation (NASDAQ: CNXC), a global technology and services leader and Think Human Fund, announced today the release of the 2025 Think Human Fund annual report.

Resourced and funded by Concentrix and supported by King Baudouin Foundation, Think Human Fund scaled its impact in 2025 through initiatives that are locally led and built on real engagement. Working side by side with nonprofit partners and supported by a global ambassador network, Think Human is turning connection into measurable, lasting outcomes within communities at the local level.

“In a year that challenged many communities, we came together across our global network of partners, ambassadors, and teams to show up, listen, and respond with purpose where the need was greatest,” said Philip Cassidy, Executive Vice President, Strategic Projects & Corporate Strategy at Concentrix. “We are proud to launch the Think Human 2025 Annual Report, reflecting the impact we’ve delivered together, supporting more than 45,000 beneficiaries while expanding access to opportunity and strengthening resilience where it’s needed most.”

2025 highlights include:

  • 71 projects delivered across 41 countries, including 47 education programs, 21 environmental initiatives, and 3 disaster response efforts, supporting digital skills, vocational training, climate education, ecosystem restoration, and access to essential resources like clean water.
  • More than 45,000 direct beneficiaries reached, including students, refugees, and underserved communities, through initiatives focused on expanding opportunity and sustainable livelihoods.
  • 47,000 hours of educational support delivered across schools and community programs, equipping individuals with practical, job-ready skills.
  • 66,000 trees planted globally, alongside broader environmental actions including conservation, restoration, and climate awareness.

Think Human’s support spans a wide range of community-driven initiatives, from digital skills training to environmental protection, including:

  • Asia-Pacific: In Vietnam, our team worked with Saigon Children to support disadvantaged students with vocational training and career readiness, while the team in Republic of Korea collaborated with Econow to deliver hands-on climate education, helping students adopt and share sustainable behaviors within their communities.
  • Latin America: In Brazil, teams supported Instituto Toti to equip 161 refugees and migrants with in-demand digital skills, while in the Dominican Republic, they helped Fundación Abriendo Camino transformed urban spaces into educational rooftop gardens, strengthening both food security and community resilience.
  • EMEA: Team Portugal partnered with Ocean Alive to restore and protect critical marine ecosystems, supporting biodiversity and local livelihoods, while programs like SistersIN, supported by our teams in the United Kingdom empowered young women through leadership and mentorship, building confidence and future opportunity.
  • Global and Cross Regional Efforts: Partnerships such as Life Project 4 Youth (LP4Y) and Project PEARLS continued to deliver holistic, long-term pathways for vulnerable youth, combining education, life skills, and employment access to reshape life trajectories.

By 2030, Think Human aims to support 100 projects aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, including expanding access to quality education and advancing environmental restoration efforts at scale. A global network of more than 65 Think Human Ambassadors remains central to this mission, supporting projects on the ground while advancing Concentrix’ shared Giving Principles: Give Voice; Give Money; Give Time; and Give Things.
