Intelligent Document Processing: OCR-enabled auto-extraction of purpose codes, beneficiary details, and compliance metadata from invoices and remittance instructions — eliminating manual data entry and reducing downstream errors.
Adaptive Experience Intelligence: AI-driven FX rate recommendations and dynamic allocation suggestions based on real-time user behaviour and market trends, enabling smarter decisions at the moment of booking.
Conversational Guidance: A chatbot-powered interface providing compliance query resolution, document upload assistance, and real-time error correction — reducing rejection rates and submission friction.
Compliance Automation: Automated validation against RBI regulations, GST harmonization, and sanctions screening — with full explainable audit trails to support transparency and regulatory confidence.
The platform was architected on a modular foundation, with seven design dimensions spanning Customer Access Enablement, Adaptive Experience Intelligence, Intelligent Guidance, Experience Continuity Management, Personalized Outcome Delivery, Customer Memory Leverage, and Transparent Value Stewardship.
