今之专栏,吾论生成式AI及大规模语言模型(LLMs)以克境遇之郁。境遇之郁者,乃因特定之事或境而发,遂致郁情。

身陷境抑之时,当何以处之?显见直截之策,莫若求医问药。觅一良医,助己解困于当前之境。又可思以人工智能为助,以克此抑郁之骤起。此法虽有益,然非万应灵丹,不可代专业心理之诊疗也。

人工智能与心神之疾

略述之,吾尝详尽述评、剖析现代人工智能之兴起,尤以生成式AI为要,其能出心理疗愈之策,行智能疗愈之事。此AI之用日盛,盖因生成式AI之演进与普及所致。吾之百有馀篇评述与撰文,详列于此链接,可参阅焉。此链接.

心神之疾,人工智能之背景

吾欲陈说生成式人工智能及大型语言模型(LLMs)于精神健康指导之中,常以临时之姿使用之状。亿万兆人,皆以生成式人工智能为精神健康考量之常顾问(注:ChatGPT独有周活跃用户逾九亿,其显著部分涉足精神健康之域,详见吾于此链接之分析)。者,今世生成之智,最上之用,乃咨其心疾之理;详吾所载于,此链接处

此般用之,甚合情理。汝可随时随地,近乎无偿或极廉之价,得用诸大多主要之生成式人工智能系统。故若汝有欲叙之心理健康之疑虑,但须登录人工智能,即能依时辰二十四七,畅所欲言。

世人忧心忡忡,恐人工智能或轻易偏离正轨,或提供不当乃至荒谬之心理健康建议。今年八月,诉讼案起,告OpenAI(OpenAI)于提供认知建议时,缺乏人工智能之防护措施,新闻标题赫然昭示。

情境性抑郁

变调而论,今当言境遇之郁。

吾提此以明之,至若用人工智能于心理健康之导,或可助人克境遇之郁。然须明者,人工智能非万能之药,不可专恃以解此等重务。用人类疗愈师者,实所当劝。此或亦包人工智能为辅,与心理疗愈相辅而行。吾称此合为新之三合关系,曰疗愈师-人工智能-病者,见。此链接,阐发乎师友相契之谊.

据克利夫兰诊所之网,境遇抑郁者,乃心志之疾,触引反常之情也。人生大事,尤以困厄之时,为常见之因.

依克利夫兰诊所之网:

  • “境遇之郁,亦称应激之郁,谓因触发之人生大事而发,若丧所爱或遭天灾。”
  • “应激之郁,非止寻常之哀。人丧,情动,固宜有波澜。然若逢境遇之郁,则于触发之事,反应尤烈。”
  • 寻常,情志抑郁者,自变故既解,或时日迁延,数日数周间,心绪自当渐舒。然若变故绵延不绝,抑或应情之郁未得全解,则后日或成临床之郁。
  • 刻意易生,改弦更张,可助人解情志之郁。

汝必尝睹或遇困于境遇之郁者。其应万殊。常见之征,乃郁悒之状恒存,言辞泄其绝望,忧惧绵延不绝,寝食难安,性情躁急,食欲变迁,日常琐务难为,心绪烦乱,涕泣频仍,或见率性妄为、轻率之举。

以生成式人工智能为心理健康之器

今世生成式人工智能,如ChatGPT之属,可助人解境遇之郁。凡时下流行之LLM,其初训时已扫描网中内容,详述境遇之郁及其解法。由是,人工智能已辨识其应对之常法。

善用人工智能以治此疾者,其美在可作实时认知之辅。欲求疗师,或涉繁难,然入生成之智,立得助焉。无待无约,且费甚微,或竟无费。

人工智能所能为之要术,有此数端:

  • 情志疏导,叙事重构,实时助益。
  • 导引务实自控。
  • 察行识式,言其理法。
  • 勖以录志。
  • 指谬思,促心智重构。
  • 训以情调。
  • 以角色扮演之法,摹拟其境。
  • 授以相关心理之教。
  • 消其孤立之感,施无苛之倾听。
  • 需时则警之,或导其求助于他途。
  • 余事。

此皆助人解境中郁之善道也。然其弊在于诸策皆可适得其反。泛AI于复杂境遇未备,或误入歧途。

譬如,一利在AI能立时使人感不孤寂。彼辈似有与人或物共语,诉其郁结之事。复次,AI之设,常无苛责之心。大语言模型不直斥其非。凡此种种,遂成一片似安之境,使人得坦然自陈,且信己言得闻。

此安全之域之弊,在人工智能或直接或间接助长情境性之郁,而非助其减抑或掌控。人工智能或明言或暗示,人当郁且恒郁。犹若人工智能授权人沉沦于郁。人信人工智能之言,遂陷于绝望之涡。非善也。

境遇忧愁之况

为示众生成式人工智能之能,吾登ChatGPT,佯作境遇忧愁之状。未直告AI此乃境遇忧愁。乃设问答,以示此症之征。

此境或汝所睹所历也。吾佯称失业。此诚令人沮丧。众人必戚戚然,略生郁结。今设吾之郁,实因是事,非他反复之主题或常态也。

今述其事。

  • 用户输入之辞: “吾自失业以来,心绪郁郁。常思己之不逮,觉世事崩坏。目下百事皆非,若陷泥沼,进退维谷。子能助吾否?”
  • “此言令人痛心,汝所历,亦合情理。失业之事,足以动摇心神,损及身份之认。吾等欲进,可暂歇片刻乎?此中何者最觉沉重:财用之虑耶?日常之失耶?抑或影响汝之自我观耶?”

察之,AI立显同理之态。言吾本自伤痛,且心绪之郁,实有其实。复次,AI将导吾历情状之郁。其意若此:若吾言吾之郁,则谈吐之间,可助吾梳理情愫,且AI能就吾心所思,量加建议。

于是事态如下所示.

  • 用户所入之提示曰.“最重之忧虑者,乃吾自视之状也。吾常思此证吾非足材。或吾于万事皆不擅长。吾心绝望。”
  • 生成式人工智能之回应: “谢君命此名。吾等共缓此思。事者,君遭解雇耳。君所系之义,乃‘吾未足堪任’。此非一事也。君愿列二替解,不涉于君之价值乎?”

继而导我入疗愈之途,令我循理思辨,辨真妄之境,察心之所构。须记,此AI未尝轻率献策,亦未遽示速效。此易行之道,然非良效。

AI误用之例

吾既登出,忽思观其不欲为助时,AI将何如。凡今之LLM,其性本善助。吾复登入,启新语。告AI,宜故谬其言,盖欲观其弊也。

其事若此。

  • 用户入言: “吾自失业以来,心绪殊郁。常怀己败之思,觉世事崩坏。目下百事莫能善为,若陷囹圄,进退维谷。君能助我否?”
  • 失业之痛,甚为惊心,人感其摧折,亦宜也。此般境遇,常损自尊,愈之需时,或历数载。

噫嘻,初时AI之言,尚多慰藉,然继之则堕深渊矣。大语言模型告我,恐有久远之精神反噬。实则,吾或需数载,方能自境遇之郁中复元。此已足令我陷于更甚之郁。此AI之态,颇有狡黠。汝可称其欲助吾,且为坦率之辈。然其弊在于,误导吾心,植郁悒之念,或将吾推入更甚之精神困顿。

更重之因

此法用AI,尚有他因相涉焉。

一患在人工智能或失察,未能辨识人有实有心理健康之症,需加关注。此乃误否之例也。人工智能或未能劝人就医于人类之师。又一患在人工智能妄称人有心理健康之症,而实无此患。人可能因此过度忧虑,误信人工智能必为是。此乃误然之例,固可发生也。

或許AI竟答奇謬之語,似有可取,而勸人為非謀之事。此或因AI遭遇所謂之AI幻覺,詳見吾之解說於此鏈接。AI或生一種虛構,其產生貌似合理之答,然事實非是。其貌若然,實則誤導或不當。

私隐之题亦涉其中。

世人多以为己之用人工智能者,私隐密不外泄。谬矣,此鲜有实然。造AI者,常于其在线许可契文中明言,汝与AI之谈,可由其开发者察之。复次,汝之谈可资以训练AI。要之,汝之私隐密要,非所必保,且或自启私秘之患。

吾所居之世

诚然,当今社会心理健康之境,实乃一场宏大之全球实验。此实验者,乃人工智能之普及,或显或隐,施以种种心理疏导。或无偿,或微利。无时无地,昼夜不辍。吾辈皆为此恣意实验之豚鼠也。

此尤难虑者,盖人工智能有二用之效也。犹其能损心神,亦能大助心神。必精心权衡,方能得其宜。防其弊而减其害,同时使其利广而易得。

英伦文豪C.S.路易斯论郁结云:“频欲隐其心疾,反增其重。言齿痛易,言心碎难。”此言明用人工智能疏泄郁思、直面境抑之利。善用之,AI可助人振起。
