设置不同的文件类型的Default Editor:

Windows—>Preferences—>General—>Editors—>File Associations 在这里设置哪些文件关联的默认的编辑器。

在Eclipse集成Aptana的时候启动JQuery语法高亮支持（前提是您已经下载了Aptana和jQuery插件）：

windows－>preferences－>aptana－>editors－>javascript－>code assist 选中JQuery即可
