Description Bluetooth adapter RTL8852BU (USB ID 0bda:b853) fails to initialize on Linux. The device is detected, firmware loads successfully, but initialization fails with “Opcode 0xfcf0 failed: -16” and hci0 remains DOWN and unusable.
