I am having an issue where the virtual keyboard settings are not keeping their settings. For example when I go to Settings>Input&Output>Keyboard>Virtual Keyboard>Show virtual Keyboard settings top right> select with touch, tablet, and mouse it will keep reverting to never or with touch and tablet. This is an issue because it shuts off my on screen keyboard in the login screen which I use to login when I am using my TV as a screen watching movies when I sleep.
