Holy Mother! I just installed sway with nwg-shell and I have never been so amazed by how well it works. I was a Niri fan (and still am), but it has the exact same issues that GNOME has when trying to use a 160Hz VRR display (generally set to 120Hz) with a hybrid dGPU / iGPU setup where VRR LFC causes the display to start flickering and can only be fixed by a reboot.
