Blake Krass shares his top fantasy baseball Pick6 picks and plays for the Tuesday MLB slate. Check ’em out here!
The MLB season is picking up steam. There are far more ways to get involved in the action this season than just via traditional betting. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this year is Pick6 Fantasy Baseball!
Here are my top Pick6 plays for today’s MLB slate.
Elly De La Cruz is on pace to have the best season of his great young career at the plate. He currently has a .911 OPS, which ranks 19th in the MLB. He has double-digit home runs and 25 RBIs, both ranking in the top 20 in baseball. De La Cruz should keep his hot start going against Jameson Taillon and the Cubs tonight. De La Cruz started this series against the Cubs on an electric note, recording three hits last night. That success should carry over to this game, against a pitcher he has hit hard over the years. De La Cruz is 5/14 with two home runs in his career against Jameson Taillon. That comes out to a 1.257 career OPS against Taillon. Elly De La Cruz should be able to generate an extra-base hit in this game. He also proved he can hit this number in different ways with his three-hit game on Monday night.

Framber Valdez should be in for a good start against the Red Sox tonight. After eight great years with the Astros, Valdez is adjusting to life with a new team. In his first seven starts as a Tiger, Valdez has given a solid account of himself. He has a 3.35 ERA, despite getting blown up in one start against the Twins. Ignoring that one poor start, Valdez has not given up more than two earned runs in any other start this season. If you remove that one start, Framber Valdez has an exceptional 1.78 ERA this season. His strikeout numbers have also started to spike over his last couple of starts. Valdez is averaging 7.1 K/9 this season, a significant step down from his career numbers. However, he has struck out at least seven batters in two of his past three starts. One of those starts came against the Red Sox, the team he faces tonight. In that start against Boston just a couple of weeks ago, Valdez went six innings, gave up just one run and struck out seven. He should replicate that start against the struggling Red Sox and strike out at least six batters.

Yandy Diaz has had a great start to his 2026 season. He is batting .322, the 12th-best mark in baseball this season. Meanwhile, his .898 OPS ranks 22nd in the league. Diaz is also producing runs, with 19 runs scored and 21 RBIs this season. He should keep that going against Kevin Gausman and the Blue Jays tonight. Diaz has crushed Kevin Gausman over the years. In 12 career at-bats against Gausman, Diaz has seven hits, including a home run. That comes out to a lifetime 1.476 OPS against Gausman. Yandy Diaz should continue his success against Gausman in this game. Diaz has at least one hit in eight of his past ten games. He has also scored six runs in his past seven games. Diaz should get at least one base hit in this game and help generate some runs.

Pick6 is a peer-to-peer fantasy variant where you build a lineup (your “Pick Set”) of 2+ players and select whether you believe each will outperform their listed stat projection. Enter your Pick Set in Pick6 contests to compete against other users. Get enough picks correct and win a share of cash prizes.
Create a Pick Set by choosing 2+ players from the same sport and Pick Group (a set of picks available from a group of competitions). For each player, simply select if you think they’ll have more or less than their listed stat projection. In each Pick Set, you can not pick the same player twice, and you must pick players from at least two different teams.
Once you finalize your Pick Set, choose your entry fee amount. Your entries will be automatically distributed into available contests, subject to your confirmation.
When the games go live, use the My Picks tab to follow your picks in real time to track how your players are performing against their projections and how they stack up against other users.
Make enough correct picks and win a share of the contests’ guaranteed prizes. Any prizes won will be credited to your DraftKings account after contests are finalized.
