Brendan O’Sullivan provides the opening odds for the Baltimore Ravens vs. Indianapolis Colts 2026 Week 1 NFL matchup.
Football is only a few months away, and regular season schedule release day is a checkpoint toward the glorious Sunday watch parties with friends and families. Week 1 is unique in that the season kicks off with a Wednesday night Super Bowl rematch.
Sunday, however, features a typical full slate. The Ravens and Colts will be one of the eight 1 p.m. ET games. Opening odds for this matchup are live, and it’s never too early to take a look.
Here are the opening odds of Ravens vs. Colts on DraftKings Sportsbook for Week 1 of the 2026 NFL regular season.
The Ravens open as 3.5-point favorites on DraftKings Sportsbook. The Colts are +154 underdogs, with the total set at 49.5.

Don’t let last year confuse you, the Ravens are still Super Bowl contenders. The 8-9 record is ugly, but Lamar Jackson dealt with injuries throughout the season. At full strength, Baltimore is a titan in the AFC.
The Colts were also 8-9, but their outlook isn’t as hopeful. Daniel Jones earned the starting job over Anthony Richardson, but Jones tore his Achilles after 13 games. Riley Leonard and 44-year-old Philip Rivers finished the season under center, which somehow sent Richardson further down on the depth chart. The 2026 starter is unknown as Jones continues his recovery.
