The start of Friday evening’s matchup between the Cincinnati Reds and Pittsburgh Pirates has been delayed due to rain.

First pitch was initially scheduled for 6:45 p.m. ET at PNC Park but inclement weather in the area will prevent the contest from starting on time. The new start time has not yet been announced.

The start of tonight’s game will be delayed due to weather. We’ll keep you posted on the updated first pitch time.

DraftKings Sportsbook lists the Pirates as -141 home favorites on the Moneyline today. The Reds are +117 underdogs with the run total set at eight.

Once things get underway, Brady Singer (4.97 ERA, 19 SO) should start for Cincinnati today. For Pittsburgh, it’ll be Mitch Keller (3.18 ERA, 25 SO) on the mound.

The Reds are 20-11 atop the NL Central while the Pirates are 16-16 at the bottom of the division.
