Garion Thorne gives his top studs and value plays for today’s 10-game featured fantasy baseball slate on DraftKings.

All 30 teams are taking the field tonight, but as per usual, Tuesday’s featured MLB DFS slate on DraftKings will focus on the 10 games that get going past 7:00 p.m. ET, starting in Toronto with the Rays visiting the Blue Jays.

Who should you be looking to get into your lineups? Where should you be looking to save? Let’s break it all down.

PITCHER

Stud

Freddy Peralta, New York Mets vs. Detroit Tigers, $8,800 – There’s been so many underwhelming performances for the Mets this season, but you really can’t blame the team’s woes on Peralta. The RHP has done just what he was acquired to do, even if he isn’t striking out quite as many opponents as we’re all used to. In fact, after throwing five scoreless innings in Colorado last week, Peralta owns a 2.22 ERA across his past five outings. The 29-year-old’s been as solid and reliable as they come the past half-decade. Look for that trend to continue on Tuesday in a matchup with a floundering Tigers lineup. Detroit is hitting a paltry .209 with a 73 wRC+ so far in May — both are the lowest marks in the AL.

Value

Brandon Sproat, Milwaukee Brewers vs. San Diego Padres, $6,300 – Well this is a little ironic, isn’t it? Sproat was the key piece in Milwaukee’s return package for the aforementioned Peralta, and while his overall numbers from 2026 don’t look great, he’s been steadily getting better since surrendering seven earned runs in his first outing of the season. Heck, Sproat sports a 3.54 ERA in his last four starts, a span of time where the young RHP has struck out a respectable 24.7% of the batters he’s faced. Specific to this slate, Sproat easily possesses the most upside of any pitcher below $8,000, and a meeting with the Padres helps that projection. San Diego is hitting a league-worst .185 with a 67 wRC+ since the calendar flipped to May. Gross.

INFIELD

Stud

Max Muncy, Los Angeles Dodgers vs. San Francisco Giants, $4,400 – Muncy is a really nice way to get a piece of what is always an expensive Dodgers stack. It’s actually sort of wild that Muncy is only $4,400 on this slate. He’s arguably having the best season of his life, slashing .280/.375/.568 with 11 home runs and a career-high .430 expected wOBA — that also ranks in the 99th percentile of MLB. The matchup is equally incredible. Adrian Houser ($5,500) has been allergic to retiring LHBs in 2026, surrendering a .747 slugging percentage and a .506 wOBA within the split. Those are flat-out awful stats.

Value

Ryan Vilade, Tampa Bay Rays at Toronto Blue Jays, $2,600 – New year, same old Tampa. The Rays have platoons for days, and Vilade is a big part of that roster construct. In fact, Vilade has mostly been hitting second in the team’s lineup when Tampa is opposed by a left-handed pitcher. It’s not difficult to see why Kevin Cash is building out his lineups that way, either. In 42 plate appearances within the split so far this season, Vilade is slashing .308/.357/.436 with a 123 wRC+. Tonight’s southpaw? Patrick Corbin ($6,900). The veteran has been fine for Toronto through six outings and 30.0 innings, but a grotesque 6.20 xERA suggests a blowup is on the horizon.

OUTFIELD

Stud

Jordan Walker, St. Louis Cardinals at Athletics, $5,500 – The 23-year-old is a classic case of elite tools finally leading to results. Walker possesses 100th percentile bat speed (78.7), which has translated into a 99th percentile average exit velocity (95.2) and a 96th percentile barrel rate (18.8%). Heck, it’s May 12, and Walker already has as many home runs in 2026 (11) as he’s had in the last two seasons combined. He’ll look to keep doing damage this evening in an opposite-hand matchup with Jeffrey Springs ($8,300) at the always hitter-friendly Sutter Health Park. Springs has surrendered seven long balls in his last four starts.

Value

Michael Harris II, Atlanta Braves vs. Chicago Cubs, $3,700 – DraftKings. What’s with the Harris disrespect? Seriously. What does the guy have to do to earn a salary bump? Harris comes into Tuesday in possession of 99th percentile marks in expected batting average (.326) and hard hit rate (58.7%), along with a 98th percentile expected slugging rate (.614). He’s also just hitting .348 with a 167 wRC+ against RHPs. It’s not like the underlying metrics don’t match the surface numbers. So long as Harris’ price tag remains this low, he’s basically a free space on the bingo card.
