On Thursday, Dylan Sprouse and his wife, Barbara Palvin, announced their pregnancy while attending the 79th Annual Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France.

The couple appeared together on the red carpet, where Palvin debuted her baby bump in a light blue satin dress. The “Suite Life on Deck” star, Dylan, wore a tuxedo beside her. In some of the photos, Palvin can be seen holding her belly.

The pair met nearly nine years ago at a party and made their relationship official in 2018. They later tied the knot in July 2023.

Palvin shared on social media on August 17, 2025, that she had endometriosis and underwent surgery for the condition.

The Victoria’s Secret model wrote on her page, “Fatigue, severe pain, heavy and irregular flow, sleepless nights on the bathroom floor. I thought this was just how it works for me. But recently I’ve been advised to seek out an endometriosis specialist to see whether my symptoms are caused by that.”

“I thought if I had endometriosis, I would have known about it by now, but as it turns out, endometriosis can’t be diagnosed with general examinations. So I went, and three months later I got operated on.”

In the Instagram post, Palvin encouraged others who suspect they have the disease to end the uncertainty and “find it out.”

According to UCLA Health, endometriosis can only be definitively diagnosed through a laparoscopy, “a minimally invasive surgery in which a doctor looks in the abdomen with a camera through the belly button.” Roughly between 20% and 40% of women with infertility will have endometriosis.
