As an Operations Leader in Training (OLT), you’ll gain hands-on exposure to every part of our Service & Repair operations and build the skills to launch your leadership career.

What You’ll Do

This isn’t a sit-back-and-watch program—it’s an immersive, career-building journey. As an OLT, you’ll:

  • Learn by Doing – Rotate through key areas of operations including supply chain, inventory, order management, logistics planning, and service support.
  • Problem Solve in Real Time – Identify issues and implement solutions that keep processes running efficiently.
  • Master Technology – Leverage modern tools and systems to drive productivity and improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with peers, managers, and mentors who value your input and growth.
  • Support Core Operations
    • Validate sales orders, process cancellations, and manage Return-to-Vendor (RTV) transactions.
    • Assist Customer Success Managers with service request transactions.
    • Monitor and complete pre-stage activities for smooth workflow execution.
    • Validate receipts, execute cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Track & Report – Maintain accurate data reporting to support business decisions.
  • Develop Leadership Skills – Participate in targeted leadership development designed to prepare you for future supervisory and management roles.
  • Lead Projects – Take ownership of projects and see them through to successful completion.

Qualifications

  • Education: Recent bachelor’s degree required. Preferred majors: Business Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Logistics.
  • Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or service/repair experience is helpful but not required.
  • Skills: Strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
