1. Reporting Services Configuration Manager-->Execution Account.

2. C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS11.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\ReportServer\rsreportserver.config

默认SecureConnectionLevel的值是2，需要是SSL访问方式。

修改值后需要重启SSRS服务。

3. 帐号不能发布报表到SSRS时：

　　Report Manager URLs: http://机器名:80/Reports

   设置Folder Settings, Site Settings中增加相应的帐号。
