Bio

Nick has worn many hats over the course of his career, with over two decades working across a wide variety of industries and sectors, largely spent building cloud platforms of various shapes and sizes. While passionate about new technologies and methodologies, especially those in relation to Open Source and all forms of cloud computing, he’s simultaneously romantic about the old with a penchant for decrepit Sun and SGI kit. He also co-organises numerous meetups and events across the UK including Cloud Native and Kubernetes Edinburgh as well as OpenStack London and OpenInfra Days UK.  He’s originally from Bolton but currently resides in Edinburgh.
