Juliette Denny is the Founder of Growth Engineering and Zavmo, and a long-time voice in learning technology, AI and human-centred education.

Over the past 25 years, she has built Growth Engineering from scratch into a multi-million-pound EdTech company, working with organisations including L’Oréal, Apple, Cisco and HP.

As a dyslexic founder, Juliette has spent her career challenging one-size-fits-all approaches to learning. Her work is grounded in Neurogogy, the fusion of neuroscience and pedagogy, and explores how AI can support cognitive diversity, improve learning transfer and help people build skills in ways that fit how their minds actually work.

She is also the author of Learning To Be Human and host of Human After All.
