CyberPower has released an update to our Intelligent LCD PDUs Firmware. Please read on for feature improvement details and a quick link to download the v1.4.0 update.

• Adds support for wireless accessories SNWD001/SNWE001
• New option to update firmware via a web interface
• Adds download and upload of the following RESTful APIs

Features Improvements

• Adds the response “File save success” when saving Configuration and Diagnostic Information
• Updated to include the AutoPing function without also having to specify an outlet
• Expands the RADIUS password length up to 63 characters
• Now includes network auto-recovery function to reset and reinitialize the PHY upon detecting persistent lockups
• Adds RESTful API support for the Outlet User and Viewer roles with GET-only access permissions
• Disables the FTP service by default to improve data protection and ensure secure file transfers
• Improved event and logging support for PowerPanel Business (PPB) Management connections

 Fixes

• Fixes an issue where you cannot control outlets on Bank 2 if you have locked down Bank 1 from being controlled
• Corrects an intermittent issue with the system rebooting when connecting with a USB flash drive
• Resolves a problem where the unit is unable to receive SMS due to URL blocking implemented by telecom regulators
• Solves an issue the SNMP port remains open when SNMP service is disabled
• Correct an issue where some display content in the Command Line Interface (CLI) is incorrect
