Quiet lakeside walks, seasonal food, and cricket

1. Quiet walk: My mornings belong to Sukhna lake. I arrive there before the city finds its voice. The water is still, the air cool, and my mind unburdened. I don’t carry headphones or thoughts, just my steps. That quiet walk strips away noise and reminds me who I am before the day begins. By the time I return, I’m not rushing into life; I’m choosing it calmly.

2. Seasonal food: Food is not indulgence, it’s alignment. I eat what feels honest: home-cooked, seasonal, and often grown in my backyard. There’s a quiet satisfaction; I stay light through the day with raw and boiled foods, fresh vegetables, millets. It keeps my energy clean, mind sharp.

3. Breathe: I chase not intensity, but consistency. Entrepreneurship brings pressure, but health isn’t negotiable. When I slow my breath and stay close to nature, decisions feel lighter.

4. Cricket: It’s where I exhale. On the pitch, titles disappear. There’s only the ball, bat and my breath.

5. Reset: Evenings reset me in the most human way. Becoming a father grounds me instantly. Laughter, conversation and quiet moments.
