1. Power:A powerful mind makes a powerful body. It could be strength trainingor suryanamaskars — it gives my days pace, energy and resilience.

 2. Peace:Brilliant things happen in calm minds. The benefits of meditation cannot be fully explained. They can only be experienced. My day begins at 5.30 am with a quiet hour of meditation. Over six years, my practice has become stronger, more profound and given me clarity, peace and happiness. Quoting Rumi: “When you do things from your soul, you feel a river of joy within you.” It is in that quiet hour that you find your calling.

3. Play:My best days are when I play with the kids. And playing is serious (you must win!). Whether it’s football, pickleball or board games — it keeps the child in me alive. It’s how I combine fitness with joy.

 4. Purpose:Being passionate about achieving your goal, ambitious, living at the edge of your comfort zone, learning every day — because bubbles of desire make flat water sparkle! Having a clear purpose keeps me grounded and driven.

5. Stay curious:50 minutes every day are dedicated to reading — an industry report, case study, or a book —dedicated to learning. It is a way of thinking, not a list of things to do. Staying curious about evolving trends.
