I might be a beauty editor with a mountain of face creams, mascara, and perfume at my desk. But when it’s time for me actually to wind down, I’m not grabbing a sheet mask or deep conditioner; I’m reaching into my nightstand for a vibrator. Obviously, I feel better after. Lighter, happier, brighter. But I look better too. My skin glows, my cheeks have a rosy flush.

The face of the campaign is Shan Boodram, an intimacy director/sexologist, author, actor, and content creator. You may have seen her previously as an intimacy expert on Netflix’s Love is Blind and Dating Around, or being honest about pleasure and connection on her podcast, Lovers by Shan, which has over five million listeners on Spotify.

The campaign’s message, “the pleasure is all yours,” is all about owning your own pleasure, says Boodram. “Far too often, as women, we're waiting for someone to give us permission, and then we'll admit that we like something,” she says. “But truly, when you own your pleasure, and you move through the world with that kind of agency, everybody else gets on board.”

Not to mention, she fully believes self-pleasuring is one of the best beauty hacks out there. “It makes your skin glow, your cheeks flushed, your pupils dilated. It makes you stand up a little straighter,” she says. “And in addition, it also makes you feel good from the inside, and that permeates on the outside.”
