They may not have left Temptation Island together…but did Scarlett Bentley and Cole Mueller get back together after filming? Ahead of the season 2 reunion, fans became preeeetty convinced that the two may have reconciled following their time in Kona.

The reason? Mostly this veeeery intimate hug they’re sharing in the below video—but there were other signs, too!

For instance: There was this video that tempter Ethan posted, which shows Scarlett and Cole attending one of his shows…

…and this review of the Pacific Beach Night Market that Scarlett originally posted on TikTok, which uses a coupley photo of herself and Cole for the thumbnail:

At long last, the two revealed during the reunion that they are, indeed, back together—and I love this for them.

As a reminder: Scarlett joined the show hoping that the island would help repair the lack of trust in her relationship with Cole. Instead, it only ended up driving them further apart (the final straw being when Cole betrayed her trust and read Scarlett’s journal during a visit to her villa).

And though they formed new connections in paradise (Scarlett with Bradley and Cole with Lexy), those friendships never evolved into romances, so both left solo.

While chatting with Cosmo ahead of the season 2 premiere, Scarlett said that she wished she’d given Cole more grace during the experience, especially when it came to the video message she left for him, which she said “could have been a little softer.” As she explained it, “Obviously I’m only seeing very small clips of Cole’s experience, so in that moment, it felt right. I wanted him to dive into the experience…but from what I had seen, it seemed like he wasn’t.”

She added, “I know that he was probably scared of me seeing anything that would upset me. It was a hard situation to navigate, and I think everyone just did their best, right?”
