Attention everyone who’s been obsessed with Janel Parish since her days on Pretty Little Liars: we have some updates. TMZ reports that Janel and her husband Chris Long have split up. The couple have reportedly been separated for a “few months” after almost a decade together (they started dating in 2016 and got married in 2018).

Neither Janel nor Chris have spoken out confirming the news, but TMZ’s report comes amid DeuxMoi tipsters saying that she and Dancing With the Stars pro Sasha Ferber were spotted looking “cozy” in Studio City.

Meanwhile, Sasha posted a video of Janel dancing, fueling further speculation about their relationship status. She shared the video to her Instagram Stories and captioned it “When you ask @sashafarber1 to teach you a dance in the parking lot.”

Janel and Sasha actually go way back, and met when she was on Dancing With the Stars season 19 in 2014. At the time, she was partnered with pro Val Chmerkovskiy, and Sasha was part of the dance troupe.

Sasha got married to Dancing With the Stars pro Emma Slater in 2018 (the same year Janel married Chris), but they parted ways in 2024 and remain good friends.
