Starting off strong, there is one couple from season 1 of Married at First Sight who is still together now, and that's Jamie and Doug. Anyone who has watched MAFS remembers Jamie as the bride who had a meltdown after the ceremony, but everything went uphill from there. She’s still married today, and she and Doug have four kids together!

There wasn’t much luck for the next three seasons of MAFS, but season 5 finally produced a successful relationship. Ashley and Anthony have been together since 2018 and now have two daughters.

Things weren't looking too good for Jephte and Shawniece when they first got married. They ended up separating after the experiment…but not all hope was lost. Soon after the season aired, sparks flew again, and Shawniece became pregnant with their daughter. To this day, Jephte and Shawniece are still together and look super happy on social media!

I'm sure nobody here is surprised to read that Danielle and Bobby from season 7 are still together. During their time on the show, they had, like, zero fights or disagreements. Eight-plus years later and they're still thriving with their three kids.

Stephanie and AJ had good chemistry on the show, but they did butt heads. Their time together off camera must have been beneficial because they’ll soon be celebrating their 8-year wedding anniversary.

Viewers didn't have the highest of hopes for Kristine and Keith in season 8 at first. They had some disagreements (like over the fact that Kristine wanted to put her career first and wait to have children, while Keith wanted to start a family right away). But the couple managed to work through their differences and have stayed married.

The Okoties had a beautiful love story showcasing Deonna learning to let her guard down and trust Gregory, and everything worked out wonderfully! They now live together with their son.

Austin and Jessica from season 10 were fan favorites for a reason! These two hit it off instantly. They had their obstacles, but everything worked out for them in the end, and they now share two kids together (with a third on the way!).

Woody was a bit of a player before his time on MAFS, but when he met Amani, everything changed. They had chemistry right off the bat, and to this day they're still thriving (with their two kiddos!).

Briana and Vincent are still together after Married at First Sight and even have two children! They remain the only couple from season 12 to still be together.

Nicole and Chris are a great example of a couple who put in hard work to have their relationship thrive. They went through some difficult times on Married at First Sight but worked through it all. Their latest update: They just welcomed twins in January 2026.

The latest success story is Camille and Thomas, who are coming up on their two-year wedding anniversary and still going strong.
