Fact: In addition to being a legend in the restaurant and hospitality industry, Bravo’s Lisa Vanderpump is the reigning queen of reality TV. Case in point: She was on nine seasons of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills before creating and starring in Bravo’s beloved Vanderpump Rules. Now, VPR has its own spin-off, The Valley, which sees some OG cast members all grown up and raising families in the ’burbs. Oh, and let’s not forget the Hulu Original series Vanderpump Villa, which follows a whole new crew of hot hospitality workers—and is about to come back for season 3.
When it comes to Vanderpump Villa, the show is essentially an intensified version of Vanderpump Rules. But, unlike SUR’s employees, the staff at Lisa’s estate live *and* work with each other, which can be a catalyst for some major drama. Here’s everything we know about Vanderpump Villa season 3.
The third season of Vanderpump Villa premieres on Hulu (and Hulu on Disney+) on Thursday, April 16.
While season 1 was filmed at Chateau Rosabelle (Château Saint-Joseph) in France, and season 2 took place at Castello Rosato (La Badia di Orvieto) in Italy, season 3 is taking the team to the English countryside.
This time around, the drama is going down at Rosecroft Park in the quaint town of Newport Pagnell.
Season 3 boasts the biggest cast yet, though you can still expect to see plenty of familiar faces. Returning cast members from season 2 include Lisa (of course), Stassi Schroeder, Anthony Bar, Hannah Fouch, Marciano Brunette, Gabriella Sanon, Hagen Bach, Sher Suarez, Alyssa Johnston, Sam Terry, and Dominic DeAngelis.
In addition to all that ^^ fans are also getting a whopping 10 (!!) new cast members. Here’s the full list:
As for special guests, you can expect to see Lisa’s nephew Sam Vanderpump from Made in Chelsea, Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu from Love Island, and several members of DadTok from The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, to name just a few—but not Dakota Mortensen, whose scenes were cut from the season amid the ongoing domestic violence investigation between him and Taylor Frankie Paul.
As Lisa told People, Dakota “didn't really have a big storyline” on the show and that removing him from the final cut “hasn’t affected the story.”
She added that they “don’t want to shine a spotlight on something that’s been so controversial” and that Dakota’s “brief storyline of an interaction with somebody else” would be “scaled…back because of the controversy.”
