Your app provides loan services but does not meet all the requirements for apps providing these services. Specifically:
- Your app facilitates loan or credit applications for multiple loan providers but you have not provided documentation of your partnership with these financial institutions to provide these services.
These requirements give App Store users confidence that apps offering financial services are qualified to provide these services and will responsibly manage their data.

It would be appropriate to take the following steps to resolve this issue:
- If you have partnered with the loan providers and are authorized to distribute this app, reply to this message and provide documentary evidence of your partnership with each loan provider. If you are not partnered with these loan providers, it would be appropriate to secure the necessary authorization from them before resubmitting for review.

It appears there may have been some confusion due to the inclusion of our Vietnamese local company name, CÔNG TY TNHH MTV DỊCH VỤ QUẢN LÝ TÀI SẢN AMC, in the loan agreements. To address this, we have updated the loan agreements to clearly state AMC ASSET MANAGEMENT SERVICE ONE MEMBER LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY as the lender.
