ECOVACS has officially announced the launch of its newest flagship robotic floor cleaner, the DEEBOT X12 OmniCyclone. Introduced during CES 2026, the product is designed to address complex, real-world messes such as dried-on stains and pet debris, providing several industry-first technologies aimed at increasing cleaning efficiency and reducing manual intervention.

Enhanced Cleaning Technologies

The X12 features FocusJet Stain Pre-Dissolving Technology. Utilizing infrared sensors and camera-based detection, the robot identifies stubborn stains and applies targeted water jets to soften them before the mopping cycle begins. This is paired with the OZMO Roller Mop 3.0, which utilizes a 27 cm high-density roller and a 32-channel pressurized spray system. This configuration ensures the mop is continuously rinsed with clean water during operation to prevent cross-contamination. To protect textiles, the device employs automatic mop lifting and a Mop Roller Smart Cover to prevent moisture transfer when transitioning from hard floors to carpets.

Performance and Maintenance

Suction power has been significantly increased to 22,000Pa via the BLAST airflow system. To mitigate hair wrap, ECOVACS has integrated ZeroTangle 4.0 technology, making it suitable for households with pets. For improved coverage, the TruEdge 3.0 system allows the robot to clean precisely along baseboards and corners using AI-powered navigation to avoid obstacles like furniture and cables.

The X12 is supported by the OMNI Station, which automates maintenance tasks including mop washing with heated water, drying, and debris emptying. The station utilizes a bagless PureCyclone system, reducing the need for consumables. Furthermore, the new PowerBoost Charging Plus system enables faster recharge times, allowing the robot to resume large-scale cleaning tasks with minimal downtime.

Intelligence and Availability

User interaction is managed through AGENT YIKO 2.0, an AI assistant that provides guided setup and generates adaptive cleaning schedules based on home layouts and usage patterns.
