These are the test suite changes that will be required for Linux CI to pass after it gets upgraded to Ubuntu 26.04 by inkscape-ci-docker!64.
It's not likely these changes will pass on current CI. If not, then the inkscape-ci-docker!64 MR will have to be merged first and then this merged immediately after to avoid disruption.

- Is 3bd629c1 ok - I hope this baggage be dropped now.
- Why were all the reference images
testfiles/cli_tests/testcases/pdfoutput/expected/03-test-strokes-*.png0-byte pngs, and is it ok to update them?
