#### Summary:

Having objects with links like "http://..", "mailto:.." and "tel:" work as long as the opacity is unchanged or above 0.99!
#### Steps to reproduce:

- open Inkscape
- create object
- right-click on object
- Create Anchor (Hyperlink)
- enter some Anchor Href for example https://gitlab.com/inkscape
- change the objects opacity in Fill and Stroke to 99%
- export as PDF
#### What happened?
The object does not link in the PDF.
#### What should have happened?
The object has a link.
