New advanced tab to the Fill and Stroke dialog and changing the dialog's tab labels to reduce the minimum horizontal width.
Key Changes:
1. Ellipsize Text labels for F&S Dialog
- Set
Pango::EllipsizeMode::ENDon inactive F&S tabs to allow dock to shrink. - Active tabs are set to
EllipsizeMode::NONE.
2. Advanced Tab for F&S
- Introduces a new Advanced tab to the Fill and Stroke dialog, with options for changing Color Format, Interpolation Settings and Recolor Selection.
(Note: This MR only adds UI for Color Format, Color Interpolation settings.)
