Draft: Fix breakage with Ubuntu 26.04 CI

Some small changes needed to make the CI pass on Ubuntu 26.04.

Depends on inkscape-ci-docker!64 being merged first, otherwise these changes will break the current Ubuntu 24.04 CI.
