Performace regresion in last month

- open Inkscape
- create object
- move object
- observe
#### What happened?
very slow upadted like 1fps
blue is 1 month ago red is master
if you disable status bar and toolbox bar
you get +60fps it seems to be realted to uspdateding posisiton and size in to UI
#### What should have happened?
minimum 60 fps
