Resolve the issues pointed out in !7792 currently plaguing the Ubuntu PPA with test suite failures:

Add a more fine-grained exclusion file (previously it was a regex), and use it to exclude more tests that are expected to fail.

Disable ASAN for unit tests to work around ODR violation warning - for now suspected to be a false positive with newer ASAN versions.

Switch some tests to use L2 metric, to allow small differences in image output caused by text library differences. Requires adding support for the
REFERENCE_INKSCAPEflag toFUZZYREF_FILENAMEtests.
