Referrals in the Portal

We talked last week about the Portal, and how it's a place where subscribers can manage their account, and how it used to be called "Autonomy" but nobody really liked that name, and how we're putting more work into it because it's increasingly obvious how important it is to y'all (and to your readers!)

Here's another little feature in this vein: if you've got referrals enabled, your subscribers can now see their referral link in the Portal, and even change their code.
